Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, available upon request to our support team.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

7. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WayOfThat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual Property and Content
You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WayOfThat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall remain in effect until terminated by either you or WayOfThat. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WayOfThat is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
